For every client engagment, we appoint an experienced client manager to work with you on your financial support requirement.
We undertake a review of the current working records to ensure that you are up to date with your compliance obligations, payroll is set up properly and ascertain the current position of the file. This informs our discussions with you on our proposed the approach to manage the support going forward.
Once the initial review is completed, we set up the ongoing workplan to support you in your business.
This covers all of the agreed services, such as payroll, accounts payable, reconcilations and any reporting requirements that may be needed. A series of early meetings are set with the client manager to check in and make sure we are delivering on what has been agreed.
As part of the scoping of any work requirements, an agreed engagement letter is prepared that covers off the costs of the support being provided.
Most commonly we work to a set fee (or at least a fee range) so that you have certainty around costs. Any variable work is scoped and again a fee base is provided and agreed prior to any work commencing
