With over 20 years of experience in supporting SME’s, Ross brings the energy, level headedness and expertise required for running a business.  He has worked as a CFO in large corporates, been part of start up business and facilitated business planning and budgeting programs for various organisations. Ross is an avid supporter of the St Kilda FC, enjoys golf, running and a glass of red wine.

Christopher started his career in public accounting, where he gained his qualification as a chartered accountant. He then set about travelling the world, spending two years working in London. After returning to Melbourne, and taking on various finance roles in different companies. Christopher joined Back to Front and now supports a number of clients with their financial management needs . With 45 countries under his belt, Christopher can recommend the top sites to visit in most European countries nearly as well as he can pull together an excel formula!

Yoshani prides herself on her detail and eagerness to learn. She possesses a skill set that is well beyond her years in accounting.  It’s never a dull moment when Yoshani is around, and we can almost guarantee that she will be smiling! On her days off she will either be in the jungle watching leopards or in the beach surfing. She also love watching some T20 cricket after a long day at work.

Alex is a driven and energetic team player who thrives on creative problem-solving and continuous learning. Known for thinking outside the box, he tackles challenges with fresh ideas and a positive, can-do attitude. Whether collaborating on projects or supporting colleagues, he brings enthusiasm and curiosity to every task. Outside of work, Alex enjoys weightlifting, playing soccer, and DJing. A dedicated football fan, he’s already dreaming of attending the 2030 World Cup in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

Chamil is a passionate accountant with a keen eye for detail and love for numbers who has developed a deep understanding of financial management and accounting principles. Chamil is a true go-getter who is determined to pursue his dream of securing a managerial position in the finance field. Beyond his professional life, Chamil enjoys playing both hockey and cricket. When he is not on the field, you’ll find him exploring new destinations and immersing in different cultures. With his unwavering dedication and contagious enthusiasm, Chamil is someone you definitely want to get to know.

Hasini starts her career as an Accountant with us. She is keen to learn new things and very enthusiastic to face new challenges. Whatever the work she does it is with care and effort. She loves to spend time with her pet dog on days off. She loves to travel, discover new food cultures, K-pop and watch drama series for relaxation.

Jake is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who values accuracy, structure, and consistency in financial work. He’s passionate about helping businesses stay organised and informed through reliable financial management. Outside of the office, Jake is a food enthusiast who enjoys cooking and discovering new restaurants. He also loves spending time outdoors with his dog, whether it’s a casual park walk or exploring new hiking trails, finding peace and joy in nature’s beauty.

Kavindu Chiran is a skilled accountant with a focus on advancing his career as a management accountant. He is committed to learning new techniques and strategies to improve his analytical and financial management abilities. When he’s not crunching numbers, Kavindu can be found on the ping pong table, where he enjoys spending his free time playing table tennis. He is dedicated to achieving team goals and contributing positively to the overall success of any project or initiative.

With a background as a mathematics teacher, Margot brings a strong analytical and attention to detail to her work. She enjoys organising and managing the bookkeeping processes and supporting the business.

When she is not busy with numbers and administration you will likely find her on the golf course. Her passion for learning and improving her golf game translates well into her professional life. She also enjoys cooking by experimenting with new recipes and difference cuisines not to mention researching her next travel adventure.

With experience in office administration, marketing, service coordination, and accounts across Sri Lanka and abroad, Mihiri brings a well-rounded and global perspective to her work. Her volunteer efforts in Bangladesh and Australia have deepened her compassion and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Known for her strong public relations skills and organised, detail-focused approach, Mihiri consistently strives for excellence. In her free time, she enjoys musical programs, nature, and feeding birds and squirrels. Above all, she finds joy in watching her son grow and thrive.

Modeesha Thambavita would describe herself as someone who values hard work and determination, always ready to take on whatever challenges come her way. She has a genuine passion for learning and strives to continuously improve herself. Spending time with her family, especially with her newborn, brings her immense happiness and in her free time, she enjoys travelling and listening to music. These simple joys help her find balance and contentment in life.

He actively pursues skill development through various avenues, such as participating in team sports, seeking personal growth opportunities, and stepping outside of his comfort zone. Having been born and raised in Malaysia, Sam cultivated his badminton skills from a young age, captivated by the sport’s fast-paced nature and strategic gameplay. Since relocating to Australia more than a decade ago, he has tirelessly worked alongside his studies to sustain an independent lifestyle while pursuing his goals.

Outside of the office, Supun is a skilled ten-pin bowler and cricketer, known for his accuracy, teamwork, and love of the game. He also relaxes by playing pool, which helps him stay sharp and centered. Whether at work or in sport, Supun brings enthusiasm and commitment to everything he does.

Tiron is a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong interest in finance, economics, and emerging technologies.
